The Lumotec Lyt T senso with daytime running light and automatic illumination function offers a great light yield and distribution. A computer designed lens system spreads the light of one high performance LED evenly and extensively, so that the road is lit by a brilliantly white cone of light. Light at close range significantly improves riding safety. In addition, the Lumotec Lyt T Senso features an attractively compact design integrating the front reflector that is mandatory in Germany.
The front light offers about 30 lux. If the light operates in the Senso Mode a sensor will be activated and switches automatically between day- or night mode. In the day mode bright LED spots will shine and work as an daytime riding light while the main light will be shining dimmed. The night mode will use the main light with full power to create an bright, homogenous light filed. The LED spots will shine additionally, but dimmed. As soon as the bicycle stops the LED spots will work as a standlight, powered by a maintenance free capacitor. A constantly running hub dynamo is required for a functioning automatic operation.
