CADEX exclusive "Versatile Contact Position Drops" feature an 8° flare, a 3° outsweep and 40mm extended bar ends for better handling when descending, cornering or sprinting on rough roads or changing surfaces. The upper handlebar is shaped with a slight 3-degree backsweep to keep your hands in an ergonomically correct position for maximum comfort on long days and endless climbs.
The 70mm reach provides smooth transitions from top bar to hoods for direct access to brake levers, while the shallow 115mm drop allows you to quickly transition to the lower bar position for full control when sprinting, cornering or descending.
One-piece composite construction increases tensile strength and eliminates the added weight and flex in bending that comes with traditionally bonded handlebars. The precise carbon layup provides further weight savings and helps keep the CADEX AR handlebar under 200g - more than 50g lighter than major competitors' handlebars.
