CeramicSpeed T47a Bottom Bracket for Campagnolo ProTech - coated

Handmade ceramic bearings with ProTech technology and a special coating for Campagnolo UltraTorque 25mm cranks.

The CeramicSpeed T47a Campy ProTech is especially designed for gravel bikes. This asymmetric bottom bracket is designed for bike frames with a housing width of 77mm. CeramicSpeed bottom brackets offer extreme stiffness, low friction, high reliability and unmatched durability.

All CeramicSpeed bearings feature high quality CeramicSpeed balls and have been pressed into aluminum shells. The ceramic balls are rounder, smoother, harder, lighter and more durable than steel balls. Compared to standard CeramicSpeed bearings, life is increased by 60% and resistance is reduced by 50%.

ProTech technology

Patented gravel-oriented polyamide resin sealing system with outer seal and inner sleeve made to protect the ball bearings. The robust fiberglass-polyamide body prevents the penetration of water, sand and mud.

CeramicSpeed Coating Technology

Coated products from CeramicSpeed offer a high gain in durability and performance. The unique CeramicSpeed coating improves several properties and is applied in a uniform layer of 3 microns over the entire surface of the bearing ring. Both the outside and inside surfaces are treated for optimum results. The unique coating formula is a metallic layer that covers the bearing rings, making them 75% harder than steel. This makes them extremely corrosion resistant and the coating provides even less friction than our standard bearings. Even if the bearing is contaminated with degreaser, water or mud, the risk of bearing failure due to corrosion is negligible if you choose the coated version.
