After intensive development efforts, the result of the Korbach research and development department produced a new compound technology with excellent grip and long-lasting properties. The new rubber compound with the self-explanatory name "PureGrip" ranks behind our BlackChili compound and is used in performance products in the race and mountain bike segments. Here it ensures long-lasting traction and high mileage of Continental tires, which are exclusively manufactured in the production facility in Hefei (Asia).

SafetyPro - The new SafetyPro Breaker developed from nylon fabric. Woven textile fibers that are both strong and flexible. Maximum puncture protection with minimum additional weight. The risks of punctures caused by glass or sharp stones are greatly reduced.

E-bike ready - For their e-bike tires, Continental draws on over 100 years of experience in moped and motorcycle tires. All of their city/trekking tires achieve at least the standard up to 25 km/h. The tires marked E50 are also approved for S-pedelecs. With their high-quality construction, they have a high puncture protection, low rolling resistance and protection against premature wear due to the additional driving force.
