The 15mm rise is perfect for regaining lost handlebar height when switching to a shorter stem. The 9° backsweep provides a useful angle adjustment by rolling the handlebars in the clamp and the 6° upsweep provides a natural, comfortable and secure wrist position, whether you are sitting or standing.
