Inmold Technology

Composite construction - inseparable. The protective material EPS is foamed directly into the polycarbonate shell. For a lightweight helmet construction with maximum impact resistance and the perfect fusion of EPS inner layer and PC outer layer.

Downshell

To avoid dents and scratches and to increase the longevity of the products, Cratoni has provided them with a special downshell.

RLS – Rapid Lock System

360° size adjustment system with perfect ergonomic fit. Due to the lateral circumference adjustment via push button, the helmet can be easily adjusted individually. The strap guide makes it quick and easy to put on. The rotating wheel at the back of the head can be easily operated with one hand and allows you to easily adjust it to your head at any time. For your added safety and visibility, the RLS system features an optional rear light.

ACT - Air duct technology

An internal channel system guarantees the perfect flow of incoming and outgoing air and leads to exceptionally high ventilation values.

Clean Tex Pads

Clean Tex Upholstery is antibacterially treated to prevent the formation of bacteria. The result is high durability of the products and long-term hygienic freshness.
